The Thang: On this day in 1838 the telegraph machine was debuted. YHC translated a bunch of exercises (image attached) into morse code. Each morse code dash in the exercise name is equal to the reps performed, each dash in the description is equal to the amount of But Kises (To taps on the curb).

Chart below in the following order:
Exercise/ButKis Reps /Exercise Reps
Carolina Dry-Docks/124/25
Alabama Ass-Kickers/171/18
SUMO Squats/219/12
Flutter Kicks/132/12
Pickle Pounders/131/16
Monkey Humpers/124/17
American Hammers/121/14

We worked through the list once then switched out Butkises for Air Presses. We did 50 after each exercise until Panhandle wanted to bump it up to 100 then 150 then 200. We wrapped up with 7 minutes in heaven.

COT: Prayers for Hurley's M who is under the weather. Prayers for Ricky Bobby's 9 year old who is recovering from getting his tonsils removed.

Naked Man Moleskin: We are pretty sure 15 at the Cheetah is a new record! Dr. Thunder, Ricky Bobby, Pandhandle, Good Hands, Z93, and 8Bit showed up early with me to knock out 725 burpees for Jack Bauers fundraiser. Dr. T carried the team with 150 burpees! We had some time to spare between the burpees and the beatdown so we went ahead and did some pre-BD mary. Panhandle introduced us to Captain Thors. We had a blast out there this morning! Woooweeee I love F3!
