The Thang: YHC wanted to mix things up a little bit and did so by not having bear crawls involved and also having the pax partner in groups of 3. Beatdown was set up as such:
Each threesome had a Pax member in each Corner workout. The third person would start at Corner 1 and Sprint around the track to the 50 yard line where a mini surprise workout was in store for them before continuing their sprint to Corner 2 station:
