The Thang: Tortoise and the Hare BOMBS: Partner up. Partner 1 starts walking with sand baby - carrying it however he wants. Partner 2 does exercise, then sprints to catch Partner 1 and then flapjack. Exercises to be performed collectively by each PS in 10 sets (5 sets each) were: 50 burpees; 100 outlaws; 150 merkins; 200 big boy situps; and 250 squats. YHC called it at about 7:35. Two groups had reached squats portion.
William Wallace: Count off into teams 4 teams of 3. Each team goes to different corner of football field at goal lines. Relay race in which all members of each team plank while one member runs to center of field to perform exercise., then runs back, and then next member goes. Hold plank during entire relay. PAX did 4 rounds of competition: teams performed Mike Tyson's for first round, Bonnie Blaire's for second, mountain climbers (2x) for third, jump squats for fourth.
COT: YHC not present at COT - had to get to little league baseball.
