The Thang: No real plan, so let's make it up as we go. Hit the bleachers for a partner workout. Partner A runs up/down bleacher, Partner B exercises. Exercises were 100 each: Carolina Drydocks, Dips, Split leg Squat. Teams who finished early added 100 Merkins/Bleachers to the fun. Next, head to the 50yd line. Lye on your back with head at 50yd line. On 3-2-1-Go, get up and sprint to the 20yd line. Rinse/Repeat for 5 rounds total. We are crushing it (or maybe being crushed, it's all relative) so we head towards the parking lot to finish up with some Mary. 25 American Hammers IC, 20 Bicycles IC. YHC had everyone hold their arms straight up while doing bicycles. Red Ryder said it was more like a unicycle. Sounds good to me. Riding a uni is way harder than riding a bike, and they were much tougher than our normal bicycles! Sweater Vest took the reigns at this point and calls out 15 BBS IC (maybe it was 20. YHC was smoked at this point and can't remember). Next, Red Ryder takes control with 20 LBS IC. This switching leaders is so much fun that South West gets involved and calls out 15 Flutter Kicks IC. YHC finally fails. I could no longer hang! At this point YHC figures were good, time to COT. NOPE! Captain Kangaroo decides we all need to close out with 15 burpees! Doesn't he realize no one asked him? This creates a good bit of mumble chatter, but we all get it done.

COT: Gave thanks for another day and healthy bodies. Waterboy has a difficult situation he must resolve this week. Prayers for all those involved, as lives will definitely be affected. Continued prayers for guidance as fathers, sons, brothers, husbands and leaders.

Naked Man Moleskin: Today was a lot of fun. Throwing together a beat down at the last minute seems to take the pressure out of it. Everyone really got after it and it looked like everyone got a killer work out in. I know I did! That being said, we plan to try and be more intentional about leading the Q. So.... Layup and Waterboy have both stepped up to lead the next to beat downs respectively! Can't wait to see what they bring. I know it's going to be awesome!
