The Thang:

YHC designed this routine to represent all 3 Fs. More PAX posted this fine morning than YHC expected, so an audible was called to spilt into 2 groups. 1 group performed partner coupon lifts, where 1 PAX held the coupon to their chest and performed a BBS followed by a lift to hand the coupon to their partner who followed the BBs/lift up with a curl and lifting the coupon over their head. This was performed 25 times, then PAX partners swapped positions. This exercise took Faith from the PAX. Faith that their partner would not drop the coupon on them while doing the curls.
While group 1 did partner coupon lifts, group 2 experienced the second F by doing brofrog merkins from 1 end of the buses to the other, rinse and repeat. Groups switched places upon completion before moving on to the 3 F.
The fitness F was especially grueling after completing exercises for the previous 2 Fs, but the PAX of the Lion's Den handled it like HIMs.
The final F was represented by 2 types of suicides. Suicide 1: bear crawl to bus lanes 4, 8, 12, and 16 in the respective suicide style. Perform 10, 20, 30 and 40 merkins at each stop before running back.
Suicide 2: lunge walk suicides with 20, 30, 40 and 50 monkey humpers at each stop before running back. Suicides were finished about a minute late, so quick extended mosy back to the flag.

COT:

Announcements were made inviting PAX to the Bakery and to War Towne. Prayers of praise were lifted for our freedom, health, and prosperity.
