Intro:

With all this rain The Mole Hole was wet and sloppy! Add to that, the sudden burst of warm temperatures and The Mole Hole is just the way you like it!

Warm-o-Rama:

As the clock struck 5:30 YHC asked the PAX, "run at the beginning or in the middle?" Doubtfire wanted to run at the beginning, so off we mosey to the trailhead.
SSH – Weed Pickers – Windmill – Imperial Walkers

The Thang:

Knowing the trail was going to be SLOPPY and slippery when wet, we set out for the clockwise direction around the loop. At each bridge we crossed the PAX performed 10 merkins OYO. At the top of the hill we circled up for some copperhead squats. Then back down the hill to the bridge again for our next round of merkins.

Back to the Mole Hole for:
— Monkey Bar (out and back)
— Towel pull-ups (x5)
— Bar & Beam to cowbell
— Shuffle through truck tires (back and forth is 1 rep) (x10)
— Bucket carry around cul-de-sac
— Side Monkey Bars (out and back)
— Lunges (x50 – Rubicon Count)
— Inverted Row (x10)
— Toes to Bar (x10)
— Jump Tuck into tractor tire and out of tractor tire (back and forth is 1 rep) (x10)
(A "Jump Tuck" is just what it sounds like….. jump and tuck your knees to your chest… guaranteed to get the heart rate up.)

Rinse and Repeat until time is called.

COT:

‘– The Mole shared again about the high school girl named Mariah that had been missing for two days. Since I have delayed to write my backblast I am happy to report that Mariah has been found and is safe. I have not yet heard the story of what happened, but I'm just glad that she is safe and our worst fears avoided.
— The PAX shared of F3 brothers that have been struggling with their marriages. Some quietly and some openly sharing. This is just another reminder that marriage is challenging. Some challenges are within our control and some are outside our control. This is why the 2nd and 3rd F's are so important. Please lean into each other and into our Savior.

Naked Man Moleskin:

YHC was glad to have Legionnaire out for his first voyage around The Mole Hole. He was one of the brave PAX who helped build this course I am so happy to share with F3 Cherokee. Happy to share some beer and give a hearty THANK YOU for his hard labor.
