After a exhausting mosey to each and every station explaining the exercises for each location we realized we were in for a good workout.

Warm-O-Rama: We did a good mosey over the entire course and completed these exercises:
15 Side Straddle Hops
10 Weed Pickers
10 Imperial Walkers
The Thang: To add variety and chance as a part of the workout, I used a set of dice and the dice roll decided what station and what exercise would be completed. The stations also were spread out over an entire campus which included a extensive a steep hill in which to ascend based on the location.
COT: We prayed for the men of F3 to be better Husbands, Fathers, and parents of their children. We prayed for all personnel in the Education System to continue to lead the students to be more successful in their future.
Naked Man Moleskin: After 2 iterations of splitting up and each PAX going to a different site as first intended, we teamed up and went to one site and worked together as only having 2 PAX.
