For our second time at the AO no frills or fancy music just a good old fashioned drag-your-heart in the dirt beatdown involving an obstacle course and an ungodly steep run uphill.
Number of Pax: 5
Pax Names: Nomad, Ditka, Rembrandt, Brady Bunch, Foosball
FNG Names: None
Warm-O-Rama: We had a good discussion that I probably scared off the rest of the PAX as we had 13 PAX on the opening day.
The Thang: Warm up
25 Side Straddle Hops
10 Weed Pickers
10 Imperial Walkers
We begin with a lap up the steep hill around the school and back down the hill.
The course is set with 8 obstacles that need to be completed with a variety of exercises attached to each one and then completing another lap of a 1/4 mile run up the hill and around the course.
COT: We prayed for all Fathers, Husbands, and men to be more involved with family and increase in their Spiritual walk with God. We also prayed for all the parents, teachers, faculty, students and cadets to have patience as all members in the education system in Cherokee and Cobb County were returning from the Fall Break and headed back to work or school.
Naked Man Moleskin: Nomad surprised by saying that the beat down was unparalleled by other beat downs as most other workouts only registered between 350-400 units of measurement for calorie burn for him but The Jungle workout was just over 500 units of that same measurement therefore it was a great workout.
