Warm-O-Rama: Mosey around the parking lot, triangle up for SSH, Sun Gods, Michael Phelps.

The Thang: Aiming to save our legs for the IP week 4 the very next day, YHC used some more focused KB exercises aiming at the upper body and core.
Rounds are made up of 7 exercises. In between each exercise, do 10 KB jump overs. In between each round, run a lap.
Decrease reps by 5 each round on each exercise.
25, 20, 15, 10, then keep it at 10 for future rounds.

KB Curls
KB Halos
KB Single Arm Rows
KB Big Boi Sit and Press

Naked Man Moleskin: Numbers have been low...hopefully that turns around next week as the IP will be over!! Still love this KB beatdown, it's always a challenging workout. Great work Trill and Lizard King - enjoyed it!
