COT: Prayers for Sharapova's M - doctor's, tests, and health. Prayers Ice-T's mother-in-law health. Prayers for upcoming holidays and visiting family to get along well.
Naked Man Moleskin: This was fun! PAX who thought I was going to go easy on legs because I'm recovering from a race last weekend soon found the opposite to be true; haha! The imperial walkers and squats got a little tedious so I might arrange the workout differently if I were to do it again to keep things moving a little faster. I really did enjoy experimenting with what we could do with a full 60 minutes and I'm already looking forward to Q at WarTowne again soon!
