I was excited to get back to the Chatterbox to see how this AO had gotten stronger. I also wanted to test everyone’s endurance. The shocking revelation was that there may have been rep shavers…

COT: Siverado's wife is always in our prayers
Keep our marriages strong and give us strength for the ongoing struggles many of us are facing.
Help Stiletto's injury from the beatdown and pray that it is not serious.
Naked Man Moleskin: With the 1/3 mile track at the Chatterbox and having a full hour to complete, it was perfect for Titlemax's Cheetah Challenge. Plus, let face it, even though I am not one of the gazelles I like a good running beatdown. I am not sure what the distance record it for the Chatterbox but we are going to make a run at it today.
At the point of the 40 Lunges (Left + Right = 1) I started to notice some folk(s) taking off really early... hmmm
Well I had a plan for that. After the 50 Mountain Climbers (again Kodiak Count) we all go BACK and pickup the 6 and do the Mountain Climbers again. When I say back I mean back not forward... got a few grumbles there also.
Then again after the 100 Overhead Presses we went Back for the 6 and did the 100 Overhead Presses again. Have a few issues with the PAX understanding the arms raised above the head on OVERHEAD presses but we go through it.
At the end of the day we put in 4.5 Miles for the hour.
And I realize I was pretty salty after the Rope Mile Trail (pre-run)...
