Sometimes planning makes for a boring ruck
Number of Pax: 11
Pax Names: Hooch, HeHe, 8-bit, Hasbro, Haas, Mouth-2-Mouth, Daddy Day Care, Driftwood, Careless Whisper, Gutcheck, Gambler
Warm-O-Rama: We took a lap around the AO while awaiting a few late arriving Pax.
The Thang: Rubes creek it is! We left the AO and took Rubes creek until it ends. This was a replay flashback of YHC's first Wednesday Night Special. The end of the trail provides an excellent spot for some PT. YHC fumbled a bit and switched into delegation mode (e.g. someone volunteered to keep things moving) once we arrived at the circle up point. We proceeded to do some squats (ruck on), Merkins (ruck on) and shoulder presses (with ruck). What's that noise? Ah, yes! Nothing like some PT to bring about a few "releases." After this round of PT put on by Hasbro, we split up and half of us grabbed an extra ruck. Those left without a ruck were at the mercy of Gutcheck's PT desires. Gutcheck whipped up 20 flutter kicks (IC), one minute plank and finished with 20 more flutter kicks while the others with double rucks walked down the trail to a bench and back. Rucks were returned to owners and the process was repeated with the other Pax. Once finished, we repeated our initial PT (squat, Merkins, shoulder presses), heading back towards AO taking an extra lap around Chat Tech and returning to AO via a top secret trail in the woods only known to a select few members who shall not be named for their protection.
COT: Prayers and praises! Praise that Careless Whisper found a connection in F3 and will be starting a new role soon! Continued prayers for Secret as he continues his mission to return to the work force and for 8-bit's PF.
Naked Man Moleskin: Once again I'm reminded that F3 is just that. More than F1, it's F2 and F3. Thanks to those that helped with the Q today as I loosely had a plan of attack. We all had great conversation today and it was nice for a few of us to get back into "action" after being sick, on the DL or otherwise just fartsacking.
