Are these dice rigged?

Warm-O-Rama: Short jog around half of the parking lot and circle up in the middle of the lot. We began with 15 SSH, moved to 10 weed pickers, and then sun gods and Michael Phelps OYO.
The Thang: There were two stations set up: one by the light pole in the middle of the parking lot, and one behind the school, up a set of stairs. Each station had a list of exercises and dice. At each station, roll the dice for your pleasure, complete the exercise that corresponds to the number rolled, and then run to the next one, which was either up or down a set of stairs. Each exercise was 10 reps, done at a 4 count, other than the planks and Al Gores, which were held for 30 seconds. We rotated between stations until time.

COT: Praise for safe travels for people over the past few weeks. Continued prayers for the Mann family as they travel to Houston for cancer surgery this week.
