Warm-O-Rama: Backwards run around lot, imperial walkers IC, SSH IC, burpees IC, Michael Phelps OYO

The Thang: 4 corners with 20 yds between cones.
Split all available KBs into 4 groups (2 heavy and 2 light) and placed at cones alternating between heavy and light.

PAX distribute evenly to the 4 corners.
Light group - 1 hand version exercise
Heavy group - 2 hand version exercise
1 minute exercise at each corner
Bear crawls between

Do one complete set of 4 corners based on above criteria and first type.
Then run around entire lot.
Repeat with new exercise type but same pattern. Do a total of 4 rounds.

Vertical press
Skull crusher
Curl

COT: Very quick COT so YHC could get to an early meeting.

Naked Man Moleskin: One handed skull crushers are really dumb with kettlebells. Drumstick isn’t allowed to bring his massive bell anymore. I’d do this one again, but expect to have noodle arms for a bit.
