Intro:

Best beatdown South of the Kodiak! When you Q three times in one week, you make sure to save the best AO for last! I learned Happy Jack has high intensity and 5k min standard. Well, Crossroads has a few of our own standards: 1. Aim to hit 2 miles or more 2. MUST have music 3. Aim to have a theme for the beatdown

Warm-o-Rama:

Introduced a few military warmups including, knees and ankle rotation, hips rotation, shoulder rotation and neck rotation

The Thang:

With lent starting, YHC themed everything around Lent and Jesus going 40 days without food or water.

So we spelled out LENT with a lap after every letter.

Lt Dans
Escalator XO's to 10
Nascar Squats- Circle up and do squats until everyone in the circle zig zags through the pax obviously running late
T THE Jack Webb

Then did duck duck indian abs with 14 people! Ouch. Leg raises with each person going down the line and throwing your legs down

Then we spelled out FAST for going 40 days with half lap after each letter and full lap to finish and hit over 2 miles Each letter was 40 reps

F was supposed to be 40's since last weekend was the combine, but instead YHC changed it to Frog Humpers. Monkey humper position but every other humper you jump up.

American Hammers Kodiak Count

Star Fish Crunches- Fish for Friday.

T was supposed to be THE merkin but we didn't finish

COT:

Prayers for Yokels daughter as she is having heart surgery. Non invasive, but lets all support him as that is scary stuff.

Prayers for Chitwoods family and Sallyrides friend who both lost family members recently

Naked Man Moleskin:

Welcome Rest stop! YHC is taking over for Misty as the next Site Q. This past year I was not site q but felt like I was, because I truly enjoy the group we have at Crossroads and the continuity we have on a weekly basis.
