Intro:

How long can it be?

Warm-o-Rama:

Loooooong mosey over to the big ass H, when YHC noticed that the gates to the baseball fields were unlocked. It was YHC's hope to start our adventure on the other side, so we moseyed to recon to see if we had access all the way through. We didn't. So, continue long mosey and pick a spot to warm up. Almost got hit by a car (Henry County bus drivers start early), so Warm up was a little abbreviated.
20 SSH
20 Imperial Walkers
15 Weed Pickers
10 Windmills
Mosey over to the other side of the baseball fields taking the long way. Thats going to be the theme.

The Thang:

Mucho Chest-O. Starting at the first pole, and at every pole, 10 merkins. Cycle through regular, wide, staggered right, and staggered left. Take the long way through the Middle School car rider loop, then keep on going around the stadium until the end of the drive.
Both PAX got off to strong starts, and quickly faded. This is a long way, and a lot of merkins. After about the sixth set of merkins, YHC switched the run occasionally to lunge walks. Then, once we hit the back drive (four cycles in) backward run between the poles. All in all, 250 total merkins.

Mosey over to the stairs outside the gym. One PAX does LBCs (Red Ryder thought we should do abs and not merkins) while second runs up and down the stairs twice. Went through three cycles of this.

Little bit of time for Mary, and the rains-a-comin, so we got under the overhang and got in Crunchy Frogs, box cutters, and flutter kicks.
Time (Toast)

COT:

Prayers for Bob Ross and the Cherokee PAX who stepped up to help out during his recovery. Prayers for Piccolo and fireman stuff. Prayers for YHCs 2.0 who cut her ear yesterday and got five stitches.

Naked Man Moleskin:

YHC thought today would be the day for the sand baby, but with the soggy conditions, an audible was called. Probably need to do more merkins though.
While moseying to the flag for Mary, we ran up a hill that both PAX fondly remember doing Sir Edmund Hilarys. Good times.
