Intro:

Anytime YHC gets the chance to go back and Q my home AO I get excited. I also wanted to show them something I have been looking at every time I drive by. Why has someone not used this jewel before?!? Plus I get to see if Garf can really scale the wall (well Sorta).

Warm-o-Rama:

Let's Mosey! It's going to take a minute to get there so we head up the stairs and then stop in the parking lot.
SSH
Windmill (Slowly so not issues for Manning. We need his pace to make this real in a minute)
Let's Mosey again. All the way behind Dean Rusk to the loading dock to finish warm ups.
Weed pickers
Michael Phelps (OYO)
Sun Gods

The Thang:

So Excited… this is going to be perfect! I drove by on a recon to ensure that the Gate was open to the Masonic lodge. YES!!
I call out "Elevens". (no reaction) Then I explain that we start at the entrance to the Masonic lodge go behind the gate and up on over the top of the large retaining wall all the way across beside Dean Rush and and back down to the road. Starting with 1 burpee on this end and to 10 Iron Mikes at the other . (there was the response I wanted) This is going to be awful and I am pumped.

Exercise!
We knock out the burpee and I rush up the hill with PAX in tow. This is a long way. This is going to be awesome! I get past the halfway point and I see something. What is that?!? Surely not! There is a fence blocking our way over 3/4 of the way over. Ugh!! But I checked the satellite image and everything. Oh well. This is far enough. Iron Mikes at the fence. We quickly settle in and go lap after lap with Manning, Spaceballs and our newly accepted (Manning later gave the formal approval) gazelle, Panhandle pushing the pace. I only fell back a little be cause I wanted to encourage another PAX (That is my story and I am sticking with it). Garf and Drumstick kept the mumble chatter going enough for the rest of us. Once lead pack finished we were running short on time so everyone finished together with a few Mary's for good measure. (Note to self, teach Panhandle cadence). We started the long Mosey back to the flag. We stopped for a short bear crawl. (I had no idea that parking lot was that long) We then Moseyed a little farther and stopped for 50 err make it 25 wall jumps. Mary's, Mosey, Mary's and let Manning have his moment by finishing with Bobby Hurley's

COT:

Aquababy, RB, Garf, Marriages all in our prayers

Naked Man Moleskin:

So disappointed in the fence that stopped what could have been the worst elevens of my life.

This marked my first post after officially being in F3 for 1 year (Jan 30th). I do not even know who I was before F3. Again, I can't imagine life without F3 and these PAX that encourage me every day/week. So many HIM's that I have gotten to know in just this year. We are changing our community. I know because my household is better because of this group. I can't thank you all enough.
