COT: Not today. Ran out of time. Forgot to mention those effected by the Hurricane in Tuesday's post, so let's keep them in our prayers. Since I can, YHC would like to lift of the men of the Five Hunnert. May God continue strengthen our minds, bodies and souls, that we may the best version of ourselves.

Naked Man Moleskin: So this was hard. For real, hard. Which is Great! I love a massacre. Brings out the savage in YHC. Today's crew pushed hard. That's the longest we've gotten after it. 50+ minutes is a real grinder. Several had a hard stop at 6:15. Even with a go time of 5:26, getting done by 6:15 just wasn't going to happen. Kudos to everyone for working all the way up to the hard stop. YHC understands the importance of the COT and I honestly do not like the fact that it was missed today. As Q, I could have called it in time for us to circle up. Ego is a tricky thing. To be that close finishing and to have not finished would probably had bothered me just as bad. Take away..... YHC needs to be better prepared. Thanks for showing up boys.
