Is it hard enough? Probably not. Can you make them feel it anyway? Absolutely.

The Thang: This beatdown was definitely not YHC's best, but it still got the job done. Some parts I subconsciously blocked from my brain, so I will recall them as best as I can. First half of the BD Pax partnered up at the bottom of Freedom Mountain. At the bottom each partner did 25 merkins while their partner did monkey humpers until their partner was done. After both pax completed 25 merkins, they ran around to the middle parking lot of freedom mountain. In the middle each partner completed the 25 merkins and monkey humpers but also added 50 BBS and boxcutters. After completing they ran around to the top of the mountain and completed all previous reps and added 75 squats and Al Gores to the mix. This is where it gets fuzzy. After a short mosey, 11s were performed on the small hill doing mountain climbers and merkins. Bear crawls instead of runs were done up and down the hill. Another round of 11s were done after this that involved flutter kicks and...???? Another round of 11s were to be done if time allowed but it was not meant to be.
COT: Prayers for Ice T's MIL and Fam, prayers of praise for Yukon's job interview, and peayers for Vespa in his quest for becoming a better Dad.
Naked Man Moleskin: YHC learned a lot from this BD. 2 key things for sure, even I needed more running in this beatdown, and if you are going to make the BD complex, don't lose your Weinke.
