Warm-O-Rama: Quick mosey, 20 silent count SSH (this through everyone off but made for a good laugh), 10 Weedpickers, 10 Windmills, Sun Gods OYO, Michael Phelps OYO.

The Thang: To get little Willam Wallace stronger and prepared for battle your YHC had the PAX line up on the curb for 11's Derkins/BBS, Bear Crawl to the opposite curb, rinse and repeat. The PAX showed signs of struggle but their resilience prevailed and we moseyed to the battlefield.

PAX were broken up into two groups. Group 1 sprinted to the center of the battlefield for 15 Copperhead Squats then held a Squat for the 6. Group 2 stayed behind and did Plank Jacks in cadence until Group 1 returned from the battlefield. Group 2 then sprinted to the center of the battlefield and completed 15 Copperhead Squats then held a Squat for the 6 while Group 1 did Plank Jacks in cadence until Group 2 returned.

Mosey to Corner 2 Group 1 sprinted to the center of the battlefield for 15 Burbpees then held a Squat for the 6. Group 2 stayed behind and did Monkey Humpers until Group 1 returned from the battlefield. Group 2 then sprinted to the center of the battlefield and completed 15 Burpees then held a Squat for the 6 while Group 1 did Monkey Humpers until Group 2 returned.

Mosey to Corner 3 Group 1 sprinted to the center of the battlefield for 15 x2 Lunges then held a Squat for the 6. Group 2 stayed behind and did Pickle Pounders in cadence until Group 1 returned from the battlefield. Group 2 then sprinted to the center of the battlefield and completed 15 x 2 Lunges then held a Squat for the 6 while Group 1 did Pickle Pounders in cadence until Group 2 returned.

Mosey to Corner 4 Group 1 sprinted to the center of the battlefield for 15 Merkins then held a Squat for the 6. Group 2 stayed behind and did J-Los in cadence until Group 1 returned from the battlefield. Group 2 then sprinted to the center of the battlefield and completed 15 Merkins then held a Squat for the 6 while Group 1 did J-Los in cadence until Group 2 returned.

PAX sprinted to the center of the battlefield for Wave of Merkins. PAX seemed to enjoy the wave! With about 6 minutes to go PAX stayed in the circle for Mountain Climbers, Freddy Mercury, BBS, LBC's, American Hammers, Imperial Walkers.

Mosey from the battlefield back to the flag for COT.

Naked Man Moleskin: YHC completed his 3rd Q and gives a big shoutout to Mandals for encouraging me to step up and Q. Big shout out to Carmen San Diego for assistance with this version of the William Wallace BD. The PAX seemed to enjoy the BD and Mandals wants to use it in the future. YHC is thankful for the men of F3 and the brotherhood that continues to bless my life.
