Divide into 2 groups:

Group 1 (head to 1 side of grassy noll)

Lunge across field (round 1), bear crawl across field (round 2), lunge across field

Group 2 (opposite side of grassy noll)
20 half SSHs
20 Squats
10 Burpees
20 Mountain Climbers
20 Standing In Place Lunges
10 Merkins

After cycle, run up stairs (around top level) back to down to other station.
Goal was 5 cycles, we got through 3 before running out of time.

Large group this morning…great encouragement as I VQed this with my 2.0. Good workout and it feels like its becoming a habit (which is good). Excited about the Spartan Sprint this weekend. We've got a great group of guys coming regularly.
