I don’t have a cool watch that measures my running distance but we sure did run a bunch!
Number of Pax: 9
Pax Names: Cuban, Pookie, Good Hands, Pitchfork, Panhandle, Bo Peep, Z93, Tebow, Wiggum
Warm-O-Rama: Mosey to the flag pole and completed SSH, Weed Picker, Son Gods (OYO), Phelps (OYO).
The Thang: 1. Started off with some 11's which included running up and down a hill. Merkins at the bottom and LBC's at the top.
2. Took a nice Indian Run around the school building and made a brief stop for 10 burpees.
3. Each man partnered up and completed 100 merkins, 200 LBC's , and 300 squats. Each set of partners completed the exercises collectively. While one was completing the exercise, the other ran around the building with a brief stop in the middle of the lap for 10 burpees. Once the lap was completed he would pick up where the other left off and his partner would complete a lap.
4. Another indian run around the school with a brief stop in the middle of the lap for an additional 5 burpees.
5. Completed another indian run lap around the building in the opposite direction with a brief stop for another 5 burpees.
