I had no idea Red Ryder could be so sensitive.

COT: Thankful for another day and the ability to get after it. Lifted up Snooker's daughter who is prepping for college. She is doing extremely well and we pray she continues on that path. Red Ryder will be traveling next week. Pray that he and his family have safe travels and enjoy the time with friends and family. Sweater Vest praised the group, noting that having a group of men to gather with to become better, is a great gift.
Naked Man Moleskin: So Wham-O brought up the Iron Pax on Tuesday. Sounded cool to YHC, so I checked it out. When I saw that the preliminary BD was Loredo, I knew this thing was legit. Plus, it made coming up with the workout simple. YHC went over the standards and everyone got after it. Apparently there was some confusion on the squat standard. As YHC pulled in from a run, I noticed Red Ryder doing something that resembled a partial duck down, 1/8 squat, poke your rear-end out like a street walker move. Being confused by this odd dance, YCH asked Red Ryder what he was up to. He said squats. Unable to resist myself, I asked if he was sure. Thinking nothing of it, YHC begins squatting only to find myself blind sided with a tackle by Red Ryder. I had no idea he could be so sensitive! Point taken. No harm meant. Red Ryder did have to do a full depth squat to get up after tackling me though. So we all know he's capable.
Sweater Vest kept it on the DL, but he had been up since 2am. Having a new puppy in the house will do that to you. I'm pretty sure I would've fart sacked. But not Sweater Vest. He decides to show up and crush the Beat Down, taking the win.
YHC thought we might get a Merlot from Snooker. He crossed the line of the last 400m and hit the deck! Talk about pushing boundaries! I'm glad he was able to get up. We were all so beat up I don't think we could've carried him.
Today was a lot fun, in a weird, painful, hard to breathe, kind of way. I never saw that tackle coming. Can't say I didn't ask for it though. It's a good feeling to be around such a good group of guys. I think I'll go ice my hip from where Red Ryder crushed me.
