Warm-O-Rama: A little fart lick to warm up using an overhead pass back ball.

The Thang: We did as many different exercises as we could cram into 30 minutes. The fun was giving everyone a chance to call the cadence. Final challenge was 2 man teams cumulatively completing 200 pop squats while one or the other is running suicides. Rubber legs by the end.

COT: Hard Hitting announced the need for F3 help this Saturday to help get a house ready for a young man recently paralyzed to come home. Watch for details in Slack.
