Intro:

DJ Swisher’s first EDM Q at the Cheetah, complete with light up foam sticks. Huge hype effort by multiple HIMs to finally break the record, which we did! Special shout out to AC for extra effort and a good show as a site Q. AC, Ricky Bobby, Westside, Kiffin, Chitwood and Papa John all committed to 100 merkins per FNG (300) and 10 per PAX (160) so 460 total! Woah! When it’s going be boys? I’ll bring chips & dips.

Mosey with your light up foam stick held high with two arms. Warm Tip: If Dandy shows up to your beatdown, don't try to run faster than him, just let him know where to turn, and you'll be all set. If he runs ahead of you in the mosey, he'll circle back 🙂 Running fast is his jam, and he's real good at it, promise!

The Thang:

Circle up around the Obama Box, also known as Swisher’s Leaf, cause Prez Obama helped me pay for it, thank you tax credits and it doubles as a boom box for beatdowns. Apparently the Obama Box was a little too loud this time, more on that later.
Partnered up for BLIMPS, except we forgot about the P, so really just BLIMS today :). While your partner BLIMS other partner runs a lap while dancing with both foam sticks . Once you finish a letter, crowd sourced Mary’s for the 6.

100 Burpees
150 Lunges – Kodiak count of course
200 Imperial Walkers – man those legs get heavy
250 Merkins (cut those short, running out of time)
300 Swats (cut short due to time)

Somewhere in the middle of the lunges a Thyssenkrupp (had to look that up 🙂 Van came in hot on two wheels. Apparently the Obama Box was a little too loud. #When the music invites the neighbors. He said, and I quote “I mean, I’m fine with you guys working out here, just turn down the f-ing music” f-ing is not what he said, and it was said multiple times. I apologized and tried to love on him. But he wasn’t having it. We affectionately named him AEO “Angry Elevator Operator” I should have offered him a glow stick, I’m sure that would have helped. But man, is he going to have a good story to tell the fellas today. “So I woke up to some crazy bass, dudes running around my backyard with glow sticks, so I told ’em, turn it down, and they did” or something like that, bahahaha. We’ll muffle the Obama Box at the Cheetah from now on, AEO, don’t you worry. And thanks so much for the permission to work out 🙂 He made it in out prayers for sure!

COT:

Spielberg named for working in video production, Panhandle for once being homeless and panhandling for a living, naw, he used to live in FL. Gillian, used to work on a yacht. Dandy – 6th man, his Mom after 79 years of being adopted found her family, she has 4 siblings and is now, no longer, an only child. Fun fact: Dandy used to work for a small start-up called Capital One. Prayers for Thrasher today, FIA who had surgery yesterday and Jungle Love's M who is dealing with congestive heart failure. And yeah, and we didn't forge to pray for AEO.

Naked Man Moleskin:

Is true Swisher form… healthy marriage tip: don't forget to thank your M for the seemingly small stuff. Doing the laundry, cooking a meal, meal planning, shopping for the meal, serving the meal, cleaning up from the meal, taking out the trash etc. Thanks Babe, no-thank you, no-thank you and so on. Makes a big difference, promise. I heard Andy Stanley say, in order to have an Irresistible Marriage all you have to do is make it a submission competition. I love that, let's submit to our M and thank for them countless hours they put in to the same tasks, day in and day out.

Something else I learned. My kids set the table, Mom usually cooks it, (and I usually do the dishes) however, so we don't sit down until she does. It's an honor thing, and it goes a long way!
