A truckbed full of tires has endless potential
Number of Pax: 8
Pax Names: Lawdog, Manning, Goat Milk, Red Sauce, Cricket, Dr. Thunder, Dilbert, Pitchfork
Warm-O-Rama: Mosey - Side Straddle Hops - Weed Pickers - Imperial Walkers
The Thang: QIC brought a bunch of tires (no rims). Most were unmodified but some had straps to be pulled like a sled with a 45lb plate weight on top. Tires were lined up in the following order, tire, sled, tire, tire, sled, tire, tire, sled, tire. PAX all started on a tire or sled and either an exercise was performed or the sled pulled out ~15 yards and back. After each round the PAX moved to the right one tire. Exercises included the following and 20 reps were performed in each round:
These were repeated for the rest of the time (approximately 8 rotations total so ~160 reps of each and ~24 Sled Pulls). Finished off with some Mary.
COT: Prayers for all the 2.0s getting back into the swing of school. Prayers for Manning's Father In Law as he battles Cancer. Prayers for Bloomer's dad as he battles cancer also. Praise for all the men getting out in the gloom working on bettering themselves everyday.
Naked Man Moleskin: This was YHC's second Q and first coupon based one. YHC got some positive feedback on the tires as coupons and will be making sure they pop back up at some BDs. YHC continues to fall more in love with his M as she drives around Hickory Flat with him to pick up random tires on a Saturday with a smile and constant laughter. Tires do not feel heavy until the 3 round, then they get really heavy.
