Intro:


A wise man once said, “If you build it, they will come..” I built it.. (by that, I mean I put out four cones); and 7 PAX showed up in the gloom and were welcomed to the Field of Dreams.

Partner up for 1-2-3s
100 Merkins
200 LBCs
300 Squats
PAX 1 Executes as many exercises as possible.
PAX 2 Bear Crawls to the other Side Walk (probably 30 yards, but feels like 100); then sprints back.
Flapjack until exercises are complete.

In honor of MLB players reporting to Spring Training, the PAX completed the Field of Dreams – 3-4 times.
2 Teams of 3 or 4; one PAX from each team on each base
1st Base – Squats – AMRAP
2nd Base – Merkins – AMRAP
3rd Base – LBCs – AMRAP
Home – 15 Burpees
When PAX completes Burpees, all PAX lunge to next base

6th Man – Odd Job – Talked about how his daughters have grown into special young ladies; and how proud he was of them.

Announcement – Dizzy & PieBar planting new location at Hobgood Park for Saturdays – great opportunity for expansion in the Town Lake area!!

Field of Dreams… There are two primary differences between normal baseball and F3 baseball. The base paths are longer and the men of F3 play regardless of the weather. We push each other to do things we could not do on our own. We are a team; together, we are more than the sum of our parts.
