Warm-O-Rama: Run to the start of the Woodmont loop.
The Thang: A simple plan. Executed perdectly. Run for 2 minutes at a faster than race pace. 1 min run at a slow pace. The gazelles circle back to the six for the 1 minute recovery run so we all start the 2 minutes together. 4.6 miles job well done.

Naked Man Moleskin: Doubtfire. Does anyone know where Doubtfire is? Nevermind there is his light he took a shortcut back to the flaf. After a 9 hour bear race he earned a few extra minutes back at the flag to stretch.

Bloodhound was rocking the Hawaii spartan ultra shirt. Not going to let us forget he is a beast. Who am I kidding. If I ever get that kind of shirt I would wear it to court.
