What do you do when unplanned work takes over time originally set aside for planning a Q? No problem….theres always a group of idiots ready to help you out!
Number of Pax: 12
Pax Names: Twiggy, Legionaire, Mickey, Shotgun, Promise Ring, Bloomers, VooDoo, Buzz Lightyear, Wingman, Woody, Zillow, Dory
Warm-O-Rama: YHC pulled up at 5:21 this morning...first one to arrive...oooph. I mean it is a holiday week so #'s could be a bit lower but this a bit more than expected. Just hoping The Hurtlocker was bursting at the seams with all of Bloodhounds poaching. Oh well, what to do except pull in, setup the flag, and watch to see if any passing cars slow down at the entrance. Wait....what do I see...a car pulling in and its Woody! Perhaps today I would get my Chitwoodian experience with Woody. But, alas, it was not meant to be...cars started streaming in right up to 5:30.
The Thang: Without much time to plan, it was going to be a straight forward kind of morning. With PAX still climbing out of their cars we start the mosey not venturing to far so the late comers can join us. Left karaoke, right karaoke, backwards run and then circle up for the standard SSH, Week Pickers, Wind Mills, and Sun Gods.
Release the gazelles and head to the field behind the elementry school (whaaat?). Circle up for a Super 21 (1 Merkin, 1 BBSU, 1 Squat, 2 Merkin, 2 BBSU, 2 Squat, all the way up to 21 of each). Tooks breaks at 10, 15 and 19 reps. Took a lap around the field at each break. Finished up with 2 minutes left...release the gazelles once again and headed back to the flag.
COT: Totally blew the time and got back 4 minutes late...thanks to the PAX for understanding. Prayers for Wingman's god son and Mickey's MIL.
Naked Man Moleskin: Good work this morning by all. Wingman, awesome to have you back out in the gloom. Zillow, keep at it bro...your getting stronger each day. Mickey...honored to have you with us!
