Small group, great morning, delicious biscuits. Need we say more?
Number of Pax: 4
Pax Names: Clark Kent, Legionnaire, Dixie Chick, Westside
Warm-O-Rama: Mosey around the parking lot and circled up for:
10x Weed Pickers
10x Toy Soldiers
5x Bent Leg Body Twists
The Thang: The goal: maximum mileage
PAX circled up and performed 5 exercises:
50x Monkey Humpers
50x Overhead Presses
Take 5 laps. You heard me, 5 laps.
Circled back up and rinsed and repeated but lowered to:
40x Monkey Humpers
40x Overhead Presses
Take 4 laps. Get the picture?
We rinsed and repeated until the PAX got to 10x for each exercise and taking a final lap. Still some time left so lets get in some more running.
PAX start on their stomach. On the command 'exercise' the PAX sprinted to the cones and back to the start. Then they ran backwards to the cone and back to the start. Then they lateraled to the cones and back to the start (facing the school). Finally, finish with a sprint to the cones and the start.
2 minutes left and almost at 3.1 miles. Time to finish strong. Took a final lap and hit a 5K just before reaching the flag. Very nice!
COT: Name-o-rama, praises, and prayers.
Naked Man Moleskin: It's been a while since I've had the pleasure of visiting this location and we couldn't have asked for a better morning. We may have had small numbers but it worked out perfectly and enjoying the COT on our 6 was amazing. 3 PAX traveled next door to enjoy some delicious biscuits and bacon and kept the conversation going. Other AO's bring a lot to the table, but I haven't found one yet that can top the breakfast options here.
Looking forward to my next visit. SYITG!
