If someone told me that YHC would be part of a group like F3 two years ago, YHC would have laughed in your face. Exercise was not even a little bit part of my life. My focus was Work, Family, and God. YHC had no friends, he was over weight, blood pressure through the roof, mad depression. Fast forward to this weekend, and YHC is celebrating one year of being in the best shape of my life, more true friends than ever, a marriage that is strong, work life that is not bad at all, and a STRONG relationship with the Lord. YHC would challenge that F3 saved my physical and spiritual life. YHC wants to thank all the F3 brothers for everything.


To celebrate one Year, YHC decided to recreate my first BD lead by non other than Bloodhound Himself. It did not take the PAX long to remember this BD. From the moment I stood on the Drain, they all remembered the hour of pain that was about to unfold. YHC unintentionally made it worse.

The Thang: o add some fun, YHC decided to double down on the BD

Last year it was this:

"We paired up for some Burp-back Mountain 5 sets 5 Times
It basically went like this:
Partner 1 did burpees at the bottom while Partner 2 ran backwards up the hill and back then switch and repeat. We did this 5 times with a little modification on different sets.

We substituted with some Merkins, Squats, and everyones new favorite, The Backward Bear Crawl."

This year it was this:

"We paired up for some Burp-back Mountain 5 sets 10 Times
It basically went like this:

Set 1:
Partner 1 did burpees at the bottom while Partner 2 bear crawled up the hill and Ran pack down. (Swap until each has done 10)

In between set 1: 50 SSH

Set 2:
Partner 1 did burpees at the bottom while Partner 2 bear crawled up the hill and Ran pack down. (Swap until each has done 10)

In between Set 2: Sally with Squats

Set 3:
Partner 1 did burpees at the bottom while Partner 2 reverse bear crawled up the hill and Ran pack down. (Swap until each has done 10)

with 15 min left,

We lined up for sprints. (4x 100 yard Sprints)
