Just when you’ve seen or done it all….. A new exercise is born! As far as I know, I created it last night, but of course I did not complete a patent search! so maybe somewhere its been done before, but then again maybe not!! introducing the ” Bro-ups”

Warm-o-Rama:

Quick mosey with Radio in hand YHC lead Pax to the play ground . Upon arrival we began with 15 SSH IC, then 10 Weed pickers IC
!5 Hairy Rocketts IC finally finieshed warmup with michael Phelps OYO and Sun gods OYO.

The Thang:

Introduced the Pax to my brain child aptly named "The Bro-up" The bro-up is an assisted pull-up via a partner lending his strength via a push-up. essentially its an assisted pull-up/ resistance push-up. Pax were to do 20 "Bro-ups " upon completion we stayed near by and continued with same partners and while one partner did 40 squat jumps the other did 40 kodiac count LBC's we did 2 rounds of these, Next on the list of pain was 60 copperhead merkins for one partner while the other did 60 iron mikes. We were supposed to do 3 rounds of this but after only one round all Pax were physically spent! Moving on….. YHC Instructs PAX to grab a coupon and mosey to the concession stand for some bench dips with a twist! While one partner planks the other uses their back to support their legs and perform 80 bench dips. ( pax broke these up into sets of 20 and swapped places. When that was done on to the coupon use! We circled up and each pax called out the colt 45's! The next objective was to complete 100 kodiac count mountain climbers while the other partner did 100 kodiac count SSH's YHC called and audible and we completed only 50 of each! Mosey back to return the coupons to drainage bed and for good measure did skull crushers en-route to the creek bed. YHC challenged the PAX that first one back to the flag gets to call the first MARY. With that the Race was on Chitwood and I took the early lead, about 30 yards to go Chitt makes a break for the last second push! Not to be beaten, YHC Surges past Chitt for the right to call the first MARY!! We start off having only 4 min left with 20 Flutter kicks, next 20 LBC's 20 American Hammers and finished!!

COT:

We spoke about some significant answers to prayer primarily about Jungle Loves M!!! amazing !!!! We prayed for strength in our marriages and to continue to grow as fathers. Thanked God for F3 and for what its doing in our community!
