The Thang: Stations set up. Squat with a heavy bag. 50 lb kb deadlift. Log curls. Box jumps. 30 lb overhead tricep press with ruck weight. Row machine. Jump rope. Sledge hammer on tire. Overhead press with log. Crunchy frogs. Monkey humpers. Air squats. LBCs. SSH. Merkins. We worked for 1 minute. Ran a lap and moved on to the next station. Rinse and repeat! Was told we clocked two miles for the first BD and two on the second!
