How many T-bones can we fit in a beat down?

Warm-O-Rama: Mosey, hop the fence on the front of the layer cake, run around some more, 20 SSH, 10 Weedpickers, 10 Mummy Walks, Sun Gods.

The Thang: Line up on the sidewalk, ask for a volunteer. The volunteer determines the exercise based on the first and last name (use key below) and their age. Their age (if young) will be the reps for EACH exercise, (if over 30) split up the reps between both exercise. Then that volunteer decides how we travel to the other side of the field. Rinse and repeat.

It's up to the Q if these will be in cadence and how the reps get split up. We had a lot of fun, but did WAY too many Clerkins and T-bones. We got to almost everyone. This was also great because it helped to get to know some of the newer guys. Most popular travel method was the sprint. But we got some crab walks, bear crawls, and lunges in there too.
