YHC was looking forward to leading a beatdown at FKA Playground and introducing some new coupons purchased earlier in the week, Baby Blocks! We have Cinder Blocks, Pain Sticks, Tires, the Widow Maker, Volkswagon, so why not Baby Blocks. Before you ask, these are just smaller cinder block, not the blocks your kids played with as a baby, but that is a great idea for a beatdown!
QIC: Rest Stop
Number of Pax: 4
Pax Names: Danica, Carmen San Diego, Lively, & Rest Stop
FNG Names: N/A
Warm-O-Rama: We started our Mosey at the Shovel Flag, did a lap around the parking lot, circled-up, and did the following:
Good Mornings – 10 IC
Weed Pickers – 10 IC
Imperial Walkers – 10 IC
Michael Phelps - OYO
The Thang: We then picked a Partner, one Partner picked up a Baby Block from YCH’s truck and the PAX did a long mosey to the Bus Line Parking lot. YHC had placed a white board with 9 different exercises earlier in the gloom. Time to get to work!
While PAX 1 ran to the far end light pole and back to the white board, PAX 2 performed the exercise. When PAX 1 returned, roles were changed. We continued with the same exercise (w/Baby) until the song changed. New song, new exercise. PAX were always moving.

COT: We discussed the upcoming convergence at Hobgood this weekend and the 3rd F/2nd P events. We also discussed a job well done by Danica at work. Prayers for Legionnaire’s Sister and Unspoken request.
Naked Man Moleskin: It was a fun group of HIMS this morning with a good dose of mumble chatter! The workout was designed to keep the mumble chatter going since the PAX did not have to keep count of the reps.. It was good to see Danica back out in gloom after a few weeks of being out for work responsibilities. It was also good to see Carmen San Diego, finally getting back to a full schedule after being on the DL for a little while. Lively, I see him every week! Luckily no hamstrings were pulled this morning! Always good to have Lively around as he helps take your mind off the pain of the work. Finally, it was perfect timing as “Shake it Off” by Taylor Swift was playing and we were doing Monkey Humpers! Not sure what the Bus Drivers were thinking about grown men humping the air, 6am in the morning, with Taylor Swift music. We might be kicked out of Avery soon! Enjoyed it fellows! Rest Stop Out!
