With very little HC’s, YHC figured today would have light attendance. I was not expecting 3. It was much better than just two that stood there until 5:29 when Wiggum game in on two wheels ready and willing to make it a party. They say that as long as there is 2 people there, F3 will survive……it will be awkward…..but it will survive.
QIC: Ricky Bobby
Number of Pax: 3
Pax Names: Turtlehead, Wiggum, Ricky Bobby
Warm-O-Rama: We did a tiny mosey to grab Wiggum along the way. Once we picked up the last of the PAX, we went fully Mosey on that parking lot and hit the flag pole area real quick. It was very hot and very humid this AM. We were already sweating. In the midst of our sweat we 'triangled up'. Hard to circle with 3. We did a few of the following including a new one.
SSH's x 15 - IC (of course)
Michael Phelps - IC
Frankenstiens x 5 - IC
Weed Pickers x 10 - IC
Then we mosy'ed back towards the flag for what the Q had planned.
The Thang: Once arriving back at the flag.....having the Sheldon Cooper in my plans, YHC was not feeling like that was the right work out for the three of us HIM's this AM. I pulled one out of my back pocket from a long time ago. I had not brought the "Bring Sally Up" workout to my home AO. What better a beatdown to perform in the crazy heat indexed temps were were experiencing. It went a little somethin' like this. (Queue the fiddle playin')
The following exercises were performed while the song "bring sally up" by Moby was playing. This song will now forever be in our heads. Yes, you can thank me later. I told the story of the time I was first introduced to this by Bloodhound himself. There was a 25-30 lb sand baby involved then. It will forever haunt me in my dreams. I must continue to spread the love.
Leg Lifts (Abs)
Alternating Lunges (Legs)
With just a few minutes left, we had spent the majority of the beatdown in one spot. So Wiggum in all his wisdom suggested we take a jog. So we did. Around the school. Brought it back to the flag just in time.
COT: In COT, we discussed some of the upcoming events.
REMINDER: Starting in September, we will be moving The Cheetah to Monday AM's.
