Intro:

YHC thought it was time to create a “Board of Pain” for The Mole Hole. The goal was to get to 1,000 reps. Ambitious to say the least.

Warm-o-Rama:

Mosey to clearing in nature trail for some SSH – Weed Pickers – Windmills – Sun Gods – Michael Phelps
Mosey back to Mole Hole to begin the pain…

The Thang:

Per attached image. The goal was to get to 1,000 reps. In any order and breaking up in any set so long as you kept track of your repetitions. (due to equipment limitations we can't all do same exercise at the same time.)

Dips – 100
DB Curls – 50
Sledge Hammer tractor tire – 200
Tire Flips – 100
Monkey Bar into 10 Leg Lifts (5 sets) – 50
Inverted Row – 50
Pull-ups – 50
Squat Jumps onto Tractor Tire – 100
Derkins – 100
Overhead Press – 50
Farmer Carry around house into 10 Shoulder Shrugs (5 sets) – 50
Lunge with Bucket – 100 (rubicon count)

Based on the chicken scratch on the dry erase board, YHC is unsure how many reps each PAX completed. YHC is certain that I completed 450 good form repetitions. 😉

COT:

Prayers for marriages. YHC spent most of the day texting with some brothers in Christ that are having various difficulties in their marriages. Mostly minor stuff, but challenges and difficulties nonetheless. Sometimes these "minor" challenges turn into major issues. So prayers for all our marriages.

Naked Man Moleskin:

While standing in the backyard just before 5:30 start time my 2.0 comes down the steps of the back deck with a F3 brother I did not recognize. He introduces himself as Crisco. Turns out, this was his third beatdown having started only two days prior. In three days he's posted in three different AO's. This guy is killing it! Looking forward to trying to keep up with Crisco's young self out there in the gloom and on the trails behind The Mole Hole. Kudos to him for jumping in with both feet.
