The Thang: Four Corners Escalator - Combination of Four Corners and an Escalator. Four exercises. They were

1. Burpees (10 reps)
2. Merkins (20 reps)
3. Flutter Kicks - 3 count (30 reps)
4. Squats (40 reps)

Burpees, run to next corner, Burpees + Merkins, run to the next corner, Burpees + Merkins + Flutter Kicks, run to the next corner, Burpees + Merkins + Flutter Kicks + Squats, run to the first corner. Then back down the escalator except we did the exercises in the same order removing the last one as we got to the next corner : Burpees + Merkins + Flutter Kicks + Squats, run to the first corner, Burpees + Merkins + Flutter Kicks, run to the next corner, Burpees + Merkins, run to the next corner, and FINALLY end with Burpees.

COT: We were all exhausted. Exile's FUBAR flag looked magnificent next to the Clinic flag. A nice cool breeze to help cool us off. We will be putting together another order for Clinic shirts.

Naked Man Moleskin: Prayers for NesQuik as he speaks to a group of youth this evening. The young man who broke his back months ago, Aiden, is coming back to church tonight, prayers for the Q as he looks for a job for the first time in 20 years.
