Warm-O-Rama: Well this sucked for sure, not counted out loud correclty(by me) and didn't follow any normal warm up.

The Thang: I was hoping we could get in 6 rounds. We paired up and started at differnet poles. The directions were weak, the reading of said directions was missed and the interpretation was off. I take full blame! We will do better next time. I am pretty sure we all got some good work done this morning!
So at each pole you do 1 exercise and move to the next pole. Each round of 6 poles you go to the next exercise on the list. From pole to pole you either run or the exercise to get you to the next pole such as the bear crawl, lunges, lateral walks.

Naked Man Moleskin: More and More I am thankful for all of the guys who come out and walk along side me. I know over the past few months I have meet and seen so many guys improving , strectching the confort zones and commiting to more then ever before! Hats off to each and every one of you for getting up and walking into the unkown. It may be only one morining a week. So keep getting out the bed and inspiring the guys next to you!
