1st PAX picks a MARY exercise to be led by him center field, then picks a Moving exercise for each PAX to move out from their respective position to the sideline directly behind them, then pick a non MARY exercise to be performed individually on the sideline, then return to the center using the same moving exercise.
Before the next PAX takes command we rotate position by one PAX to the left, so that the uneven length of the spokes are evenly distributed throughout the exercise.
