Group up at the practice field at the top of the stairs and pick a partner, 1 ran to the stairs - down - up - run back to partner, 2 was working on the partner count of 110 (there were 110 flights of stairs in the WTC's) for each workout set. Workouts were: 1) Merkins 2) Squats 3) Big Boys 4) Mountain Climbers 2x count 5) Knee to Elbow Crunches x2 count 6) STAR JUMPS (this is where the PAX got really excited !) 7) Pickle Pointers (Friday Nights) 8) LBC's 9) American Hammers x2 count
Time Left: Had the PAX line up along the practice field for Bell Crawls: 1 PAX starts with the 35lb kettle bell (thanks for letting us borrow that Panhandle) bear crawls to the shed while the PAX tries to keep up (found out the bear crawl with the kettle bell is quite a bit faster than regular bear crawl), switch off to another and back n forth until time expired - Mosey Down to the flag.
COT: Panhandle's non-profit has a really big fundraising event coming up let us pray for success! Please be with those who are going through tough times in marriage and health!
Naked Man Moleskin: Even though I am probably in the worst shape of this group for some reason I enjoy putting together workouts that seem to make everyone "happy" with me - nothing like getting a solid "I hate you right now" shout out during the workout! Got plenty to learn as this was only my 2nd Q but I love pushing it with this group of guys and everyone here keeps you moving forward!
