INTRO:

YHC and this beatdown’s QIC was looking for a routine to stay warm and moving, knowing that the rain and cold temps would be in full this Thursday morning.  Stumbling upon a Whole Lotta Rosie while perusing the F3nation.com site for exercises, and by coincidence YHC having suffered through a legal experience this week involving a colleague of eponymous dimensions, it seemed fitting that the PAX enjoy Rosie a whole lot while at THJ.  

WARM-O-RAMA:

Solid warm-up jog from the football field canopy all the way to the tennis courts in an effort to warm-up.

THE THANG:

Rosie, from the AC/DC song, was apparently a big woman, 42-39-56, and so the PAX proceeded with Sixes of the Whole Lotta Rosie routine: 

• 42 LBCs
• 39 American Hammers / Twists
• 56 Flutter Kicks
• 30 Mountain Climbers

Sixes includes an Indian run set-up where the rear HIM calls out Six! thus shooting the man in front out like a cannon at a hearty sprint, with the objective of creating enough separation between himself and the PAX to complete the exercise, after which he assumes the back of the line and when ready, calls Six! for the subsequent man up front to commence.  And so forth.  

That the PAX would be forced onto the ground for said exercises induced an early set of mumblechatter and griping to be sure.  

All things said and done, however, we completed about 3.7 miles and returned to the flag with plenty of time for some hearty Mary.

Naked-Man Moleskin:

No announcements today, per or on behalf of C4NN protocols @Garfield.  However, YHC wishes to thank Manning and Homeboy for making it to The Happy Jack on such a miserable morning and on this QIC’s birthday.  I very much appreciated it on a day when the warm bed at home seemed awfully nice.  Naturally the heavy rain stopped literally at the end of the beatdown.
