It was a good one today boys. Everyone worked hard and pushed themselves. The Iron Pax challenge has proven to be no joke and it totally sucks (but in a good way). Not sure what happens in a man’s heart when he hears the word challenge, but something comes alive. We were made to be warriors and things like the Iron Pax challenge gives us an opportunity live it out!

CIRCLE OF TRUST:
YHC read Matthew 10:34 today. Do not suppose that I have come to bring peace to the earth. I did not come to bring peace, but a sword. Jesus was the pinnacle of leadership. YHC noted three ways he modeled leadership:
1. He was a disruptor. Jesus was able to influence people to do things that they would not have done otherwise.
2. Jesus was the best at casting a vision. In John 10:10 Jesus said “the thief comes only to steal and kill and destroy; I have come that they may have life, and have it to the full.”
3. Jesus lead with love. He loved others more than himself. 2000 years later we are still talking about H.I.M. Amazing. Everything Jesus did and still does, is built off the foundation of love.
This is a heck of a model for us to follow as leaders. Hope it helps you. Love you boys.

YHC was smoked today. Not sure how Chitwood did it three times this week except he has entered full beast mode. Great work Chit, it is awesome to see you spreading the weight and taking control of your health. YHC was excited to see Tool Man back in the Gloom this morning. Let’s continue to EH FNG’s and Kotters. Pick up the phone and call someone who has not posted yet or a buddy that has not been back in a long time. As men we desperately need the community F3 provides.
Sorry for the scrambled up COT today. YHC was seeing stars. Good work today!
