Hope everyone had an amazing Fathers Day Weekend with your families. YHC was lucky enough to have two great days, one for me and one for my dad. We are so blessed to have our families and I am thankful for the reminder called Fathers Day. YHC also enjoyed the chance to see the PAX, been awhile for me between work travel and this ridiculously lame excuse called Plantar Fasciitis. I think it’s a made up syndrome? But seriously, the Fascia of my Plantar is all, well, ITISed!

Elevens! Time for some MERKINS and BURPEES. Mosey’d to the small parking lot behind the school, back and forth the Parking Lot via Bear Crawl, 1 MERKIN on one side, 10 BURPEES on the other. Then 2 MERKINS on one side, 9 BURPEES on the other. And so on. Down to 10 MERKINS on one side and 1 BURPEE on the other. While some PAX rejoined the 6, left just a little time for Mary until done. RECOVER!
Mosey on over the the circle at the back of the bus lane. Time for LUNGES! All the way for one full lap around the circle. Can you feel the burn?!! RECOVER!
Just enough time left for a quick Indian Run back to the Flag, made it through 2 cycles. SPRINT! And Recover.
An excellent round of Mary in Cadence including Crunchy Frogs, Box Cutters, ARM in ARM Big Boy Sit-Ups, and the NEW “Mickey Merkins”. Merkin in Cadence Down, Up, Mountain Climber Left, Right. Great workout!
