Well. Well. Well. Sign up for F3 they say. Work out with some dudes they say. It will be a normal Monday morning they say. Today we had the pleasure of hosting 3 FNGs. A Friendly New Guy and a pair of Friendly New Gals. It’s ok. They outran Swisher.
YHC is thankful for the EHing that our PAX has accomplished. I mean every time you invite an FNG you Post with them. Always. Wait a minute. I know there’s a term when this does not happen, but YHC couldn’t find it.
However, while searching the Lexicon, things I’ve learned from F3Nation.com:
MUMBLE CHATTER: Talking incessantly during the Workout to Inspire the Q, encourage the other PAX and/or connect with FNGs. Today the Mumble Chatter was On Point. But YHC was not inspired, and the PAX were not encouraged. There was definitely a connection with the FNGs.
SPONSOR: The PAX who EH’s an FNG to his first Workout and (hopefully) Posts with him. Ummm…
CHIPPENDALE: Posting Shirtless to a workout. Homeboy definitely would have Chippendaled today.
JUSTIFIER: There were 16 PAX today but only 14 Justifiers.

You can tell that YHC’s foot is on the mend. The last Q was no running. Today we hit the track! It was a strange long narrow track, actually the parking lot in front of the school. The MapMyRun App shows it as about 500M. And man oh man the metric system threw off some of the PAX. I’m quite surprised by this. I mean doesn’t the “M” in EDM stand for “Metric”? Buncha Metric dancers. Ignore the mumble chatter, stick with the measuring system.

That is a 3.5K gentleman. And ladies. This workout took 42 of our 45 minutes together. That left only a few rounds of Mary… American Hammers, Box Cutters and Reverse LBC’s. Good times.

In all seriousness, today was fun, not often we get FNGals out there. The PAX was cool about it, they did great, and the chatter was awesome during and especially after. YHC was proud to Q this workout, and happy to see the continued growth for all our AO’s, and our activity in the Community.
